Home has always been at the heart of everything I do.

I’ve lived in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for over 50 years, growing up, raising my family, and building deep connections throughout Essex County, MA and Rockingham County, NH. That lifelong experience has given me a genuine understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and school systems that matter most to the families I serve.

Before entering real estate, my background in education, business ownership, and customer service shaped how I work with people. Those roles taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, advocacy, and making sure clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. That foundation continues to guide how I serve buyers and sellers today throughout Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

I’ve built my real estate career around helping people navigate meaningful life transitions, and I’m especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers. Having raised a family on my own, I understand firsthand how important stability, affordability, and long-term planning are when purchasing a home. I’m very familiar with the challenges young families and first-time buyers face, and I take pride in helping them feel confident, educated, and empowered throughout the process.

Whether I’m assisting buyers searching for their first home or helping homeowners prepare to sell, my approach is rooted in education, advocacy, and exceptional service. My experience running my own business and working in education has been invaluable in three key areas:

As part of Coop Group Home Team, I work closely alongside Kevin to ensure our clients receive both personal attention and strong strategic guidance. While Kevin focuses on market strategy, negotiation, and overall transaction leadership, I bring a hands-on, client-centered approach that emphasizes communication, organization, and emotional support — especially during what can be a stressful and overwhelming time.

Our work is guided by shared values of faith, family, and community, and we believe real estate should feel personal, not transactional. We’re committed to helping first-time buyers, relocating families, and homeowners moving into their next chapter feel confident and cared for throughout the entire journey.

After spending several years living on the New Hampshire Seacoast, I returned to Southern New Hampshire to be closer to what matters most — family, friends, and the communities we love serving.
