I’ve lived in New Hampshire for over 50 years, with more than 40 of those years spent in Manchester, raising a family, building relationships, and becoming deeply connected to the communities that make Southern New Hampshire such a special place to live. That lifelong local perspective shapes how I serve my clients every day.

I’ve been a New Hampshire REALTOR® for over 13 years, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate more than 300 home transactions across Manchester, Pelham, Salem, Windham, Londonderry, Derry, and surrounding Southern NH towns. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating for work, downsizing, or preparing to sell a long-time family home, my goal is always the same: provide clear guidance, strong negotiation, and steady support from start to finish.

Before real estate, I spent many years in leadership and management roles within the transportation industry, overseeing operations throughout New Hampshire. That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the state’s towns, regions, and infrastructure — knowledge that continues to serve my real estate clients today. Just as importantly, it reinforced how I work with people: communicate clearly, stay organized, and treat people with respect.

My approach to real estate is rooted in faith, family, and community. I believe buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and emotional decisions a person will make, and it deserves personal attention — not pressure. I take pride in building long-term relationships and guiding clients through major life transitions with honesty, patience, and care.

I also believe in pairing modern strategy with old-school service. I’m highly tech-savvy and stay current with today’s real estate tools, market data, and technology trends to ensure my clients are well informed and well represented in today’s competitive Southern New Hampshire real estate market.

I live in Pelham, NH with my wife Danielle and our two dogs. As part of Coop Group Home Team, Danielle and I work closely together to provide our clients with a well-rounded, supportive experience. While I focus on market strategy, negotiation, and guiding each transaction from start to finish, Danielle’s background in education and coaching adds an extra layer of communication, advocacy, and care — especially during emotionally significant transitions.
